Advanced techniques in optical laser technology & the art of food design have been combined to create Rainbow Sparkles, 100% Edible Candy Prisms.

Rainbow Sparkles have iridescence; much in the same way that a diamond's beauty is elicited by illumination which allows light to penetrate, reflect, and refract generating the prism of colors that comprise the illumination source.

Rainbow Sparkles are not a plain gum arabic flake. Rather a unique combination of modified food starch, sugar, and lactic acid. The white flakes employ advanced holographic techniques in optical laser technology that generates the tiny grooves in the Rainbow Sparkles™ that provides the diamond effect. The color effect is completely natural and no dyes of any kind are used to create it.

Another useful feature is the container: the shaker top allows and the container provide the baker/decorator a facile method to distribute the sparkles, resulting in more precision during decoration.
