Pursuant to a stated edicts, we at PopArtCandy (Edible Creations LLC) strive in all aspects to keep our customers happy.

However, since we sell personalized products we do not give refunds. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, and want to return the product and get a replacement order please contact Customer Service @ 859-431-5500 or email lannie.davis@poartcandy.com.

Please note that we work very hard before an order is made that you have seen and approved proofs of what the lollipops should look to minimize any dissatisfaction. If you have any suggestions as to how we can better this process please feel free to contact us with the sage advice.
